The Richland County Community & Health Services Standing Committee to meet Thursday

The Richland County Community & Health Services Standing Committee has posted a notice for its upcoming meeting, scheduled for Thursday, October 1, at 10:30 AM. The meeting will be held in the Richland County Boardroom on the third floor of the Courthouse, in Richland Center.
The agenda for the session includes several key administrative and business items. Early in the meeting, the committee will conduct an election for Committee Vice-Chair. Following the election, members will review a comprehensive series of administrative and financial reports from Health & Human Services (HHS), covering director updates, expenditures and vouchers over $2,000, the 2026 budget summary, placement reports, and details concerning the HHS Opioid Grant application and settlement recipient reporting.
In addition to HHS updates, the committee will receive administrative and financial reports from Pine Valley Community Village, alongside its organizational chart and employee retention report. The meeting will conclude with discussion and potential action regarding the Pine Valley Community Village Roof Project.
