Dr. Rob "Biko" Baker
WNOV and Milwaukee Courier Operations Manager
Robert “Biko” Baker III, Ph.D. (UCLA, History), works at the intersection of culture, tech, and public engagement. A former contributor to The Source and Vibe, he later served as national executive director of the League of Young Voters, leading high-profile civic campaigns and collaborations, including the launch of No Guns Allowed with Snoop Dogg and Ron Conway. He has advised and served on boards for organizations including CIRCLE at Tufts and Sankofa.org, and was named to the NAACP’s “40 Under 40.” Biko is currently Operations Manager for WNOV 860AM/106.5FM and the Milwaukee Courier Newspaper.

Byron Brumfield Bey
Milwaukee native Byron Brumfield is the youngest staff member at WNOV and The Milwaukee Courier, where he oversees marketing and social media content for the station. He holds a degree in Advertising from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and focuses on expanding the station’s digital presence and audience engagement.

Michelle Bryant
Michelle Bryant is host of “Say Something Real with Michelle Bryant,” a morning drive political talk program on WNOV 860AM/106.5FM. She is a political strategist, president of CMB Consulting & Associates, and a weekly columnist for the Milwaukee Courier Newspaper. A former Chief of Staff in the Wisconsin State Legislature—where she also served as Budget and Policy Director and Clerk of the Senate Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety—Bryant brings decades of experience in legislative leadership, campaign management, and public policy. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and a longtime advocate for civic engagement and equity.
